The 37th Annual Perinatal Nursing Symposium April 29, 2009

The 37th Annual Perinatal Nursing Symposium promises to be an informative and exciting event, featuring regional and national experts discussing current issues in perinatal health care. The dates for this year’s conference are April 30 and May 1, 2009.

LOCATION
This year’s conference site is Cook Children’s Medical Center located at 801 Seventh Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas. The Hochberger Auditorium is located on the lower level of the Cook Children’s Medical Center’s north entrance, immediately past the Administration Building, on Pruitt Avenue.

Parking information will be provided with your registration confirmation. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.

Registration includes all conference materials, refreshment breaks, lunch and CEUs. Registration must be accompanied by appropriate payment and may not be shared by individuals.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing prior to the start of the conference and will be assessed a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the conference begins.

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth Education Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

This program has been approved for 10 continuing nurse education (CNE) hours. A certificate of successful completion will be provided to those attendees who (1) attend the entire program, (2) sign-in on the attendance roster, and (3) submit a completed program evaluation tool.
