This year, the 35th annual Union Street (Eco-Urban) Festival will be more focused on health, green education, and sustainable living. The event, free to the public, will be presenting Green demonstrations and providing information about healthy choice living and food options. Because of the healthier emphasis and focus on Green Living and Sustainability the fair will be alcohol free for the first time in 35 years.

Dine on sumptuous gourmet goodies from as many as 25 food booths. Cafes and bistros including Perry's, Betelnut and Rose's Cafe as well as many of Union Street's favorites will open their doors to festival goers who can stop in for a cappuccino or house-made pastries and pizza and more. Adding to the celebration will be a Waiters Race and two stages of live entertainment that will feature a variety of live music, including Jazz, Classical and Swing Music.

Music, fun, food and Green education and advocacy will be in full supply throughout six entire blocks from Gough to Steiner along Union Street. And one thing is certain-this event is Always a Celebration! The Union Street (Eco-Urban) Festival typically attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year from all over the United States making it the largest and most well renowned street fairs in San Francisco.
