Please provide the application form together with the exhibitor registration form to the committee, so that the committee can arrange the venues, facilities and professional audience. Please send the relevant documents to the committee in advance.

▉How to participate:

1. Please send the Registration Form to the Committee by mail or fax. The booths are arranged according to the principle of "First Apply, Early Pay, Best Arrangement";

2. Please arrange the payment (50% down payment or total) withmin one week after registration by tele or send to the organizer. And the balance should be paid before November 8, 2011. Please fax the bank remittance to the organizing committee after the payment.

3. Please send the company introduction both in English and Chinese and the Advertising File (if any) to the committee by email before November 8, 2011. For additional interpretation service, please tell us in advance.

4. As for the exhibition matters, please refer to Exhibitor's Manual (such as hotel reservation, transportation, construction, furniture renting, on-site translation service, etc.)
