29 & 30 May 2012 – Rydges Hotel, Auckland
Effective individual learning comprises of a combination of learning tools, including e-Learning, open social network learning, face-to-face training as well as a range of informal learning activities. Growing out of the academic environment, blended learning is now widely used across varying industries and organisations. In a world where people need to get on with their jobs, self-paced learning is becoming the norm. Among many workforce challenges, engaging and retaining younger generations remains a key challenge faced by a majority of organisations. Workforce learning needs are changing and the optimal delivery mechanisms to meet employees’ needs are changing with it. A varied, flexible and blended approach comprising a variety of methods is needed in order to be effective. Flexibility in training and learning combined with the need to be able to measure results are all elements in the forum.
Liquid Learning is delighted to present the 2nd Annual Blended Learning and Development Forum 2012; a richly interactive platform for exploring the newest as well as tried and tested formulas for employee growth and development. From the development of e-Learning applications to facilitating change, multiple aspects of blended learning are explored drawing from real situations both in New Zealand and globally. This event will provide learning, development and capability professionals the chance to network with experts in the field and pool ideas and resources.
