The 2010 Dodge Poetry Festival Opens with Groundbreaking Poetry Sampler October 7, 2010

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the Dodge Foundation and the City of Newark present an unprecedented opening night Poetry Sampler to kick off the 2010 Dodge Poetry Festival in NJPAC’s Prudential Hall. The evening features consecutive readings from a star-studded, Pulitzer Prize-winning roster of 24 poets including Galway Kinnell, Amiri Baraka, Martín Espada, Sharon Olds, and former U.S. Poets Laureate Kay Ryan, Billy Collins, Rita Dove, and Mark Strand.
