Thanksgiving Day Dining at LB Steak November 24, 2011

LB Steak in San Jose will be celebrating Thanksgiving, November 24, from noon to 8:00 p.m. (last seating at 8:00 p.m.) by serving a choice of two holiday prix fixe four-course menus, one with Turkey Roulade as the entrée for $50.50 per person and the other with prime rib of beef “au jus” as the entree for $58.75. There will also be a vegetarian option, a children’s menu, and a limited a la carte bar menu. The turkey prix fixe will include turkey breast stuffed with turkey leg confit, plus leeks and chanterelle mushrooms, mashed Yukon potatoes, Brussels sprouts with bacon, sourdough herb stuffing and cranberry relish, plus soup, salad and dessert. The beef entrée will include a 12 oz. pepper-herb crusted prime rib of beef “au jus” with horseradish cream sauce, a fall vegetable fricassée, and potato gratin, plus soup, salad and dessert.
