Thalia Follies: political satire cabaret October 24, 2008

This doesn't conform to the typical event, but for those of you who, like me, have been making calls and going door-to-door, now needing a chance to huddle with similarly minded souls for an evening of laughter, I want to make you aware of a show at Symphony Space on Oct. 24 and 25 with a terrific cast that includes Jane Curtin, one of the original "Not for Primetime Players" on SNL.

It's a lot of fun and gives you a chance to lay back. Symphony Space is on Broadway at 95th St. Tickets are available for $25 if bought from their Web site or by phone, $30 at the door.
