Texas Roots Wine and Food tasting February 5, 2009

Come celebrate Texas' heritage of food, wine and spirits, featuring some of Texas' best loved Chefs, restaurants, wineries, winemakers and distillers. Set at the Salt Lick's magnificant Thurman's Mansion, guests will enjoy a walk-round tasting of food, wine and spirits. Live music by Lucus Hutchins and the First Cousins. Restaurants include: The Salt Lick, Ranch 616, Moonshine Patio Bar and Grill, Las Casas, AT & T Hotel, The Gage Hotel, The Roaring Fork, Dagar's Catering and Fete Accompli. Wines and Spirits include: Becker Vineyards, Mandola Estate, Fall Creek Vineyards, Siduri Vineyards, Novy Estate, Peopperbridge Cellars, Amavi, Savvy Vodka, Tito's Vodka, Treaty Oak Rum and Paula's Texas Spirits.
