Texas Rollergirls Bout Featuring the Kansas City Roller Warriors June 4, 2006

The Flat Track Derby action stays scorching hot this June as the Texas Rollergirls blaze the trail of inter-league play. On June 4, the Kansas City Roller Warriors speed into town to take on the divas of the rink, the Hustlers. Will the local ladies in purple prevail, or will the out-of-towners prove too hot to handle? On the home front, the 2005 season champs, the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers face off against the baddest schoolgirls of all time, the Hell Marys. You won?t want to miss a moment of non-stop, grudge-fueled, Flat Track action!

By now it?s no secret that the Texas Rollergirls have hearts as big as their sassy attitudes. This month they spotlight the Caring Family Network, a private, not-for-profit child placement agency that serves abused and neglected Texas children. Being a kid is hard enough, and Texas Rollergirls want to help each child get a fighting chance, so bring donations of school supplies or cash to the June 4 bout and help support this fantastic organization.

In the true spirit of Rock-n-Rollerderby, the June 4 bout will feature the all-out, no frills, ultra-hard rock of The Action Is at half time, with DJ Alan B spinning beats as the rollergirls spin their wheels!
