InsideOut Sports + Entertainment announced today that Andre Agassi, John McEnroe, Jim Courier and Bjorn Borg will compete in Chicago at the United Center on October 20 in the Champions Challenge as part of the 2011 Champions Series circuit. The newly expanded and reformatted Champions Series will begin on September 22 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, taking the highly competitive tennis circuit to a total of 12 U.S. cities over a five week season through October 22.
In addition to Agassi, McEnroe, Courier and Borg, the five-week tour, produced by legendary impresario Larry Magid, will feature fellow Grand Slam champions Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, and Mats Wilander. The athletes will compete for a prize pool totaling $1 million to be shared by the top three finishers at the conclusion of the season. Each of the 12, one-night tournaments will feature four champions paired off in one-set semi-finals competing for ranking points, culminating with the winners contending for the title in an eight-game pro-set championship match.

Tickets and unique interactive VIP fan experiences for the 2011 Champions Series go on sale to the general public at 10am on May 9, 2011 and will start at $35. Tickets are available at the United Center Box Office, Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets or charge by phone at 800-745-3000.
