Tennessee Virtual Academy Museum Outing January 20, 2012

Join TNVA for a visit to the National Civil Rights Museum, located at the Lorraine Motel, the assassination site of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The museum chronicles key episodes of the American civil rights movement and the legacy of this movement to inspire participation in civil human rights efforts globally, through collections, exhibitions, and educational programs.

You'll also have the opportunity to visit with school staff and families, get answers to your questions, and learn more about our program and what it's like to be a part of our school community.
