"Tending the Bhakti Fire - The Heart's Rhythm"

Let us melt into the deepest reality of what unites us - the vibrational current of the divine at the heart of Bhakti and Tantra yoga! In this healing immersion, bhakta rasikas Shiva Rea and Benjy Wertheimer will guide you into a prana flow and nada yoga practice to attune yourself to the mantra of the body. Beginning with sunrise mantra japa and meditation, we will transmit a practice for the embodiment of sound within asana, pranayama and chanting. Ritual talking circles will be followed by a 3 hour sadhana to attune to ourselves to the deeper song of our heart's fire.
