The four-week course for expectant mothers and their coaches is taught by qualified instructors and covers many aspects of pregnancy and birth including relaxation and breathing techniques. This class combines a mix of lecture, presentation, and interactive teaching styles. The unique class is designed exclusively for expecting teens and covers many aspects of pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum recovery. This class is free.
