Tech Funding Series - Owning the Financials

More powerful than a CFO to clarify the numbers, is a CEO with a clear understanding of the financials. This session will focus on the terms and skills needed to create a defensible financial picture of your company including key milestones such as break-even and profitability dates as well as valuation and the cap-table. Session participants will leave prepared for that first meeting with a VC.
