The Funding Series prepares entrepreneurs for their fundraising effort and helps them to attract VC investment. Sessions provide valuable networking opportunities and are lead by seasoned entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, legal, and finance experts.

Decisions are abundant when seeking venture funding, not the least of which is the selection of key team members that may be replaced upon the infusion of capital. This session will include an overview of the decision-making process that should go into filling out your executive team - including skill-set, culture, and experience, as well as where to look to fill these critical positions. In addition, this session will explore potential investor concerns around founders as executive team members.
