Pier 29 on The Embarcadero (at Battery)
San Francisco, California 94111

May 14, doors open at 11:15p.m.

Teatro ZinZanni announces Cabaret Lunatique's third installment in a series of nine late-night cabarets each focusing on a distinctive San Francisco neighborhood. Continuing May 14 with "Celebrate The Mission," the zany performances will showcase many local artists in a late night variete spiced with saucy cabaret, crazed circus, scandal, music and mayhem - all held in the gorgeous, glamorous Spiegeltent on Pier 29. First launched in 2008, Teatro ZinZanni's cabarets all sold out and are now back due to popular demand. The current series began in March with "Celebrate Chinatown" and a further six additional evenings are scheduled for the remainder of the year focusing on the neighborhoods of the Castro, Fillmore/Jazz, Haight Ashbury, SOMA, On the Waterfront and The Hills.

"We know that there is an audience in the Bay Area that is looking for exciting and unique entertainment late at night-because we search for the same thing when we head out into the night after our regular show..." said Teatro ZinZanni Managing Director Patrick Markle. "We thought - why not invite them in to a series of cabarets focused on the huge wealth and diversity of talent...right here in town. Voila-Cabaret Lunatique is born."

"Celebrate The Mission" is the third cabaret of 2011 and features several local artists from the Bay Area including performer Herbert Seguenza as Neil Diamante; spoken word artists Alejandra Mojica and Paul Flores; seductive burlesque performer La Chica Boom; and DJ Ron Obregon. They will also be joined by co-hosts Ricardo Salinas, director of ZinZanni's current show "Caliente" and Robert Lopez, who also stars in "Caliente" as the character Cinco.

Cabaret Lunatique's "Celebrate The Mission" Saturday, May 14. Doors to the lobby will open at 11:15 PM. Admission is $35 for premium and $25 general admission.

Hello,

The line up for this show has slightly changed. Herbert Seguenza will not be performing this night and in his place, we will have the very talented performer and comedian Marga Gomez.

Thank you!
