The word "innovation" usually triggers thoughts of hot new products or cool new services. In reality, innovation can be applied to processes, business models, market position, or organization design. And who comes up with these ideas? The lone inventor- or so most people believe. The truth is, innovation is a team sport, more like baseball than golf.

Want to learn how to create successful innovative teams? Mini-lectures, guest speakers, and numerous hands-on activities will help you learn about and experience the relationship between creativity and innovation, obstacles to innovation and how to overcome them, techniques to enhance your innovativeness, contributions and challenges of teaming for innovation, and methods to tap group genius. Whether you are currently part of a team, planning to build a team, or simply curious about how teamwork works, you will get lots of tools and information you can use.
