Nirantara Foundation presents Tea House, a play by 20th century Chinese dramatist Lao She. According to the director of the play, Chidambara Rao Jambe, Tea House is a monumental work in the history of modern Chinese drama. It mirrors the social turmoil and the seamy side of society at the time. This epic threeact play depicts 70 characters through a 50-year period, spanning three dynastic periods, at Ranga Shankara.
