Puppetmongers is pleased to present the hilarious and heart-warming play Tea at the Palace. Wildly inventive puppetry and live actors bring a traditional Russian folk tale to life when a medieval peasant is shocked at his arrest for treason, for simply making tea. Created and performed by the award-winning brother-sister team Ann and David Powell, Tea at the Palace runs December 26 – January 1 at Tarragon Theatre’s Extra Space with daily matinees at 2:30pm and an evening show at 7pm on the 28th. This special tale of justice, humanity and love is a perfect holiday treat for the whole family, especially children ages 5-12. Call the box office at 416-531-1827 or visit puppetmongers.com
