Taylor's Kitchen is hosting an Italian Dinner on Tuesday, August 25th. Guest Chef Denise Pardini will be preparing a 4 course Piemontese dinner. Chef Pardini was born in San Francisco and has family origins in Lucca, Italy. Denise grew up cooking with her Nonna, and her father was an accomplished teacher and Italian Butcher with the distinguished title of “Norcino”. Chef Pardini also received formal French training and many years ago was part of the Chez panisse "revolution" in Berkeley.

Today Chef Pardini designs all the recipes around local ingredients for the critically acclaimed cuisine at the Hotel Castello di Sinio in Northern Italy's Piemonte Region. She also has a book on the regional cuisine of Le Langhe scheduled for publication in late 2009.
