The Silicon Valley Bar Association is pleased to present its annual legislative update. Once again, the speakers are a trio of well-respected experts in Trust and Estate law. They will discuss the highlights of the upcoming changes in the code and the new case law that affects the Probate, Trusts and Estates practice areas.
