A Taste Of Vietnam at Cafe. Chef Nguyen Viet Thang and Chef Dinh Thi Be Trucare from Park Hyatt Saigon are visiting Caf from 18 September 2009 to 27 September 2009 to give you a touch of Vietnam. Their menu is authentic, colourful, fragrant and will be presented in true Vietnamese style. A la carte menu available.
