Target Family Days Featured Entertainment:

Andy Z and the Andyland Band
Andy Z delights kids and kids-at-heart with his musical adventures. He will have your children smiling, singing and dancing along as he takes them on an imaginary tour of the Andyland Islands. His story adventure performances feature a full host of Andyland characters, traditional and contemporary music plus original songs. Children are drawn in by his use of character voices, puppets and music that runs the gamut from educational to just plain silly; dance songs to lullabies, sing-a-longs to finger plays to full body movement. Genres include rock, British pop, jazz, folk, country, hip-hop, blues, Irish and classic traditional kids’ tunes.

Play-well TEKnologies
Play-well TEKnologies supplies LEGO®, expertise, and fun projects for kids of all ages. We have been providing Camps & Classes for kids in the Bay Area since 1997. Together we create fun and hands-on learning by working on fun-filled engineering and architectural projects, activities that both the children and the instructors enjoy!. LEGO® projects are easy to build while still allowing for advanced and creative exploration. Our goal is to make sure all participants can successfully complete a project, while having fun at the same time. http://www.play-well.org

Mad Science
Mad Science® is the world’s leading science enrichment provider that delivers unique, hands-on science experiences for children that are as entertaining as they are educational. Mad Science will have a booth at Target Family Days called Slippery Science Center: It's ooey. It's gooey. It's slime! Or at least it is after mixing the two chemicals that put the ooh and the goo into slime! Along the way kids learn about polymers and get to keep their creation. They will also be doing a Fire and Ice show on stage, which explores “magical” chemical potions, the wonders of dry ice, and the dynamics of air pressure. Some of the topics the children can investigate will include the three states of matter, a gassy taste test, and a super spectacular bubbling potion! http://www.madscience.org/locations/southbay/

Kaleidoscope Festival
The World's largest interactive Kaleidoscope Exhibit! From children's museums to entertainment exhibits, our art-quality kaleidoscopes are built strong for intense public use while producing incredibly beautiful mandalas!

It is always a fun event with the LEGOJEEP adding the sparkle of unique playful interaction like nothing else can. LEGOJEEP has been featured at many birthday parties and events all over the Bay Area such as the Maker's Faire, Hillsdale Mall, Yuri's night at NASA Ames, and so many other unique and wonderful events. Everyone really loves it when the LEGOJeep is there cause it means play and fun at a fundamental level. The LEGOJeep has been seen in the media on CNET, in the SF Chronicle, and elsewhere.

Happy Birds
Ed and Julie Cardoza have been performing with their birds since 1989. Together they have performed thousands of shows in hundreds of different locations. Prepare to be amazed by Yah-kee and Korbel, whose performances have been featured on The Tonight Show, Pet Star and The Ellen Show. Their repertoire includes: animal impersonations, singing opera, crying like a baby, and even a song called Clementine! These Happy Birds are loved by children and adults alike! http://www.happybirds.com

Tracy the Animal Show Guy
Fur, Scales and Tails was created 8 years ago after a handful of Animal loving 1st graders began to ask their old Kindergarten teacher to bring a few of his classroom pets back to school to see everyone. After acquiring a few more Animals, he went from that school to other schools, onto daycares, and finally birthday parties. Thus Fur, Scales, and Tails was born. Over the years we have grown in popularity, variety of Animals, and overall production. Our shows have evolved into highly entertaining events for any occasion. Both Children and Adults will enjoy our shows. We have performed 2,700+ shows in just over 10 years! We guarantee that you will not see a better Animal Show in the greater Bay Area… Our Shows Are That Good!
