Christmas entertaining the Spanish way: Tapas

Join us for a demonstration and then scrumptious luncheon of Spanish style tapas delicacies.

The tapas style of eating is fabulous for entertaining with some of the dishes best made in advance, and gives a much needed change to the cheese and crackers tray!

Participants will receive the recipes and step by step instructions on how to make a traditional Spanish Tortilla. Some of the other dishes that we will make and try are:

Brochetas de Gambas y bacon (bacon and prawn brochettes)
Bread with muchrooms and alioli
Mussels vinaigrette
Spanish potato salad
Warm artichoke dip served with pita
Dijon's special Dukka blend with pide, and an assortment of marinated olives etc.

This class will be held in the beautiful Camellia Gardens Teahouse in Caringbah (Cnr Kareena Rd & President Ave), recently photographed by House and Gardens, on December 11th from 11:00am - 2:00pm.

Cost is $45 per person. Bookings essential. Please call the teahouse on 9540 2018 to reserve your spot.
