Come explore the river within and learn to follow your own alchemical flow! Don't miss this one-day workshop! Experience the fundamental elements found in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Discover earth, metal, water, wood and fire and transmute these energies, while playfully exploring infinite variations of form. The form leads us to formless energy. Taoist flow in the tradition of master Paulie Zink, focuses on our ability to transition well through life and rather than just holding a posture, teaches us to move gracefully, fluidly, with ease and joy through yin and yang experiences. Many of the forms derive from animals in nature and provide us an opportunity to return to a primordial state of feeling, experiencing and being in the flow! Experiment, dissolve resistance & qi blockages, become more mutable and and above all, play! Warning: this practice may leave you laughing with a smile on your face.
