The word Tantra comes from two Sanskrit roots tanatri and trayoti; tanatri means expansion of awareness or consciousness and trayoti means liberation of energy. The real meaning of Tantra is the expansion of mind or consciousness and liberation of energy. We will go beyond the westernized concept of Tantra and explore the real roots of Tantra to awaken us to our inner depth.
