Peter Hatcher's little brother, Fudge, is a two-year-old terror. When he walks off with Peter's pet turtle, it's the last straw. Peter vows to get his parents to pay attention to him for a change in Civic Arts Stage Company's whimsical and whacky, thought-provoking production.
