Metrics? Ugh!

Few of us like to think about them, but any successful business must have some system in place to measure progress and success.

We're working hard with local LWL community members Amber O'Neal (Café Physique) and Linda Frakes (My Massage People) to bring the "sexy" to metrics. Both Amber and Linda have started and grown successful businesses, and they are going to share with us in "layman's" terms how they've used metrics.

You'll leave the meeting with a method to set your priorities and to regularly monitor them. And that's how you get to your goals.
