The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center, the New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce, BankFive and the New England Business Bulletin are sponsoring an outstanding program which will cover three critical topics:
• The local economy: opportunities and threats;
• Strategies and tactics to: increase revenues, reduce expenses, manage cash flow and employees; and
• Early warning signals and resources for further assistance.

Expert panelists include marketing consultant: Alan Buff of Growth Partners LCC, revitalization specialist: Oscar Lavallee of Lavallee & Associates, operations expert: Glenn Gertridge of MassMEP, banker: Paul Medeiros – First Vice President of BankFive, accountant Lisa Szargowicz of Rosenfield Raymon Pielech PC and business advisor, Melinda Ailes of MSBDC.

This workshop and panel will be held on September 18 at the Wamsutta Club, 427 County Street, New Bedford, MA. A light breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. with the program from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. Workshops are open to all established companies in the area. The cost is $10 per attendee if you are a chamber member or $15 for non chamber members.
