Take A Loved One to the Doctor April 2, 2011

Medical City and Spirit of Women, a national initiative for leading hospitals dedicated to improving women's lives with innovative health and community programs, will together host “Take a Loved One to the Doctor” to teach women how to creatively encourage a lifestyle of good health to their family and friends.

The free event will feature a relaxed conversation with an expert discussing opportunities for better health for women as well as their parents, children, girlfriends, and significant other.

Following the discussion will be a yoga activity led by instructor Valerie Plese.
