Tai Chi with Horses is a new and exciting way to learn about body awareness. Tai Chi strengthens our internal energy, and allows it to flow more freely and naturally through the body. It is gentle, it improves our balance, our posture and our focus. With practice you will feel more grounded, more self-aware, more connected with the earth and nature, more able to withstand life's little knocks and 'go with the flow'.

Out in a safe environment with the horses we allow them to demonstrate self awareness at its finest. These animals are constantly living in the present moment, moving around in their herd. They often have to move out of the way of one another at a moments notice. They do this with ease and grace on different terrains due to their own self awareness.

As we learn the steps and ways of Tai Chi we also allow the horses to teach and demonstrate what self awareness can do for us. It is an excellent way of connecting with one's core which is key when learning to ride a horse.

Please note: with this course you do not need to be a rider or even have any desire to ride in order to take part. Tai Chi with Horses is suitable for everyone!
