Kaleo's Biography: Kaleo began his Qigong and Tai-Chi practice in Palm Springs in the summer of 1996 and furthered his study for the following two years at the Red Lotus School of Movement in Salt Lake City with Sifu Gardner. Kaleo brought this practice to the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico where he spent four years teaching Qigong and Tai-Chi forms. After returning to the Coachella Valley Kaleo discovered a deeper level of cleansing and purging the energy channels (meridians) of the body through Chinese Medical Qigong under the instruction of Dr. Robert Haberkorn, which opened an opportunity to travel to China broadening his understanding of Qigong, Tai-Chi and Taoist (Dow-est) Meditations from several Masters of the Arts.
