Tag A Monarch Butterfly September 11, 2010

Monarch butterflies make an amazing migration each year that allows the species to continue its survival. Meet the park naturalist and members of the Wissahickon Nature Club at McDanel's Launch, Pavilion # 7 on the North Shore to learn about this wonder of nature and to try to tag some Monarchs. We will provide tags and tagging datasheets. Bring a butterfly net and join in this fun and educational experience.
