On the occasion of the return of the Axum Obelisk, Boston Residents and Citizens of Ethiopian origin have organized a symposium to mark the restoration of this archeological heritage to its rightful owners, the people of Ethiopia. The conference is expected to include captivating topics, all of which have a broad impact on our cultural heritage. It would also give a historical account of the looting and plunder done to our treasures and artifacts by enemies and invading armies of the colonial era. We invite you to learn reflect, and participate in this historical event and be part of the international grass root movements to reclaim the multitude of relics and treasures stolen from the land of Ethiopia.

Refreshments, served during break time.
