Sympathetic Vibrations: Works by Katherine Kisa February 28, 2006

Authentic Art Consulting is proud to announce "Sympathetic Vibrations", an exhibition of colorful abstract paintings and two-dimensional wall assemblages created by artist, Katherine Kisa. Playful, colorful, and inviting to touch, her artwork is on view from March 1st through March 30, 2006 in Gallery West of the Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads in Falls Church, Virginia. Born in Nairobi, Kenya to parents in the diplomatic service, Katherine credits early extensive travel with greatly enriching the quality and content of her work. Primarily a self-taught artist, Katherine's work has been featured in exhibits across the country. She works in collage with vinyl, wood, good leaf, velvet and other materials. Ms. Kisa will discuss her artwork at an Artist talk and Closing Reception in the Atrium of the Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads on Thursday, March 23, 2006 from 7-9 pm.
