SYDNEY Good Vibrations Festival 2007 February 17, 2007

Good Vibrations is an annual music festival with a wholly different ethos. All the Good Vibrations events are to be staged within natural surroundings, not in characterless showgrounds or sports complexes. Having botanic gardens and natural amphitheatres as the backdrop for proceedings is set to create a relaxed and inviting environment.

Approaching our fourth year in Feb 2007, Good Vibrations Festival has become a landmark on the Australian summer calendar. A lot of time and effort is spent ensuring that quality control is at it's highest for all aspects of the event, from Line-up and venues through to catering and production.

Previous artists have included James Brown, Moloko, Scissor Sisters, Lyrics Born, Gangstarr, Ben Watt, Talib Kweli, Soul II Soul, DJ Format, Mylo, Arrested Development, Layo & Bushwacka!, Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Malente, Nextmen, Satoshi Tomiie, Switch, Blackalicious, Bahamadia,Estelle and Many More!

There are Four stages that cover both high profile and breaking artists with an emphasis on summer-friendly beats, be it Hip Hop, D'n'B, Breaks, Electro, Soul,House, Funk and Rare Groove. Two stages predominantly feature top quality live acts whilst the third will showcase some of the finest DJ talent from the world over. A fourth area; Bar Live features a cocktail bar and a combination of party-starting DJs and live acts to accompany a well-shaken drink or two.
