Switching to All-Digital TV October 20, 2008

All full-power television broadcast stations will stop broadcasting in analog format and broadcast only in digital beginning February 17, 2009. A Federal Communications Commission representative will explain why TV stations are switching to all-digital and how the transition will affect cable and satellite services, analog TV's and accessories such as VCR's. A money-saving converter box coupon program will be presented.
