Switchfoot is among a growing number of groups, like P.O.D., that manage to be Christian and rock their audiences at the same time. Emery is a punk band from Seattle. Athlete formed back in 2001 in South London with a group of childhood friends. Their debut EP in 2002 made its way onto BBC Radio One and over time, the group has opened for the likes of The Polyphonic Spree, Simian and Electric Soft Parade. Their full-length debut, 'Vehicles and Animals' was released in early 2003. Athlete's 2005 follow-up is 'Tourist.'
