Chez Mana presents "Swing in the Spring," an exclusive evening of music, dinner and dance, bringing a fascinating mixture of musicians and visual artists in an intimate setting in Los Altos Hills.

Experience pianist Noam Eisen and his Swing quintet's first concert appearance at the Fremont Hills Country Club with talented vocalists, Shannon Wolfe, and Ariel Eisen, Pete Cornell on saxophone, Sam Rocha on bass, and Adam Goodhue on drums. They will perform a blend of Swing, Latin, and blues.

Bandleader and pianist Noam Eisen from Toronto has studied classical music at the Royal Conservatory of Toronto, though his greatest passion is for jazz. Noam moved to San Francisco in 2001, following three years of living a cultural dream in Paris.

Three accomplished visual artists, Vannina Malekzadeh, Jeremy Sutton, and Salma Arastu showcase their paintings and sculptures.

Jeremy Sutton has a background in physics, with a degree from Oxford, in addition to an extensive education in the arts, including study at the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art and the Vrije Academie in the Hague.

Salma Arastu from India has been painting for more than thirty years.
In her present works the theme is people. Crowds of people, moving together, merging together, in groups, conversing, dancing or arguing. People of all lands with their colorful fabrics and intimate gestures, lyrical movements and intricate patterns.

Influenced by her childhood in the Corsican sun, Malekzadeh puts the color in the center of her work. Color is synonymous with gaiety, pleasure and life and allows her to give relief and fantasy.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7 and concert begins at 8pm. Enjoy dinner and concert for $48, or just the tasty Swing for $25.
