Karin Park is one of Norway's most critically acclaimed pop/rock performers. She grew up in Djura, a small town of 400 inhabitants in the middle of Sweden. At the age of 16 she moved away from home to study music and ended up in Bergen, Norway, and after being presented for the high quality and diversity of Bergenmusic scene, she decided to stay. In 2003, 24-year old Karin Park was acritically acclaimed talent, already having produced several radiohits. She became awarded as “best newcomer” for her debut album by theNorwegian music business, and the debut album’s title track“Superworldunknown” was nominated by one of Norwaysbiggest radio stations as one of the best Norwegian songs of all time.Karin′s music is modern Norwegian pop/rock with rich lyrics, strongmusic and a fantastically charming voice.
