Swedish Beers is back in town after a summer of rain, wind, floods and general greyness and we hope we'll bring a bit of Swedish Sunshine to you.
The bad news is that the fancy schmancy do we had planned for you has had to be cancelled as our ex-sponsor had to pull out unexpectedly. But the good news is that we can go back to our usual haunt of the Nordic Bar http://www.nordicbar.com so we'll be there on Wednesday 12th September from about 6 o'clock in the back bar.
There'll be no powerpoint presentations, no speeches, nothing formal, just interesting, friendly folks with a passing interest in things mobile from a wide variety of industries from media, marketing, retail, mobile, film and TV, music and a ton more besides. What we don't have yet is a sponsor so...
We're still actively seeking a sponsor or sponsors so if you're up to the challenge and want to maintain the long-standing tradition of giving away beer on Swedish Beers night to a friendly crowd of mobilists, marketers, media owners, network operators, creatives, journos, bloggers and more, then get in touch with Helen on as soon as you can. In return you can expect lots of lovely publicity, a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart, a chance to meet the great and the good and a jolly good evening to boot.

For all you football fans out there, we'll also be showing the England v Russia match on the screens in the bar although the sound will be turned down so those folks who aren't bothered about the football can carry on chatting.
