Swan Creek Vineyards Spring Wine Release May 2, 2009

Join the Vineyards of Swan Creek as we celebrate the Spring wine release. The Vineyards in the Swan Creek area of the Yadkin Valley share a similar climate and soil composition that make our wines one of a kind. Enjoy tastings and special features at each winery.
