SVRG's 4th Annual Skate-A-Thon November 18, 2012

Break out that turkey costume and pass the pumpkin pie...

It's SKATE-A-THON time and you're invited to skate with your favorite Silicon Valley Roller Girls!

Each of us has committed to skating a certain number of laps (15 laps = 1 mile). We'd like to ask you to pledge your favorite roller girl in support - we will happily accept donations on a per-lap basis, or in a simple lump sum.

Our fundraising goal for this event is $8000, enough to send both our teams out of state to compete in bouts and tournaments in the 2013 season. It's a lofty goal, but with your support, we can continue to bring San Jose's brand of women's flat track roller derby to the rest of the nation.

Cash and checks will also be accepted at San Jose Skate during the Skate-o-thon on November 18th.
