Topic:
What Should Your Next Release Contain? Ask The CRM

Presentation:
Having endless arguments with your sales team, CTO, or CEO about product priorities? Finding it difficult to get objective data to support tradeoffs, since industry analysts don’t know the details and market research takes too long? CRM systems can contain invaluable, unbiased information that can help guide both the macro and micro decisions of product evolution.

In this session, you’ll find out what information is in a CRM, how to filter, vet and analyze it, and discover painless ways to drive higher quality product decisions.

David will give away a free copy of his Prentice-Hall book, Salesforce.com Secrets of Success, at the end of the session.
