Christopher Keene is an entrepreneur, executive and educator. He is currently the CEO of Active Grid Software, a San Francisco-based company focused on Web 2.0 enterprise development tools. In 2006, he was an adjunct professor at INSEAD, living in Paris. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Nasdaq-listed Persistence Software, which was sold to Progress Software. Chris has consistently been recognized as a visionary software executive, securing him a place in Intelligent Enterprise's Top Ten Technology Leaders. Prior to founding Persistence, Chris was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company in New York and Hamburg. Before that, Chris worked at Ashton-Tate and Hewlett-Packard. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School, and holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Mathematics from Stanford University.

Radu Barsan is a seasoned high-tech industry executive and statured technical expert with thirty years of international experience in general business management, engineering management, manufacturing and marketing/sales. He is recognized as a leader in developing and commercializing new technology, building and leading world-class teams, setting strategic business directions, penetrating top tier accounts in a multitude of markets, and developing key supplier relationships. He is currently the CEO of Redfern Integrated Optics (RIO) Inc, a Santa Clara based private optical communications components company developing disruptive silicon photonics transmission technology. Radu held senior executive and technical management roles at startup Phaethon Communications, as well as at billion-dollar companies Cirrus Logic, AMD, and Cypress Semiconductor. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Sciences from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.
