KEVIN HARTZ - CEO of Mollyguard and Investor:

Kevin was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Xoom Corporation, an international money transfer company providing money transfer services to over 30 countries worldwide. Kevin began his career as a product manager at Silicon Graphics (SGI) and later co-founded ConnectGroup, a start-up providing high-speed Internet access to the hotel industry. ConnectGroup was acquired by Lodgenet (NASDAQ: LNET) in 1998. Kevin then joined Outlook Ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on seed and early stage technology companies. Outlook Ventures is a $140 million San Francisco-based fund whose seed investments included Overture and DotBank, both acquired by Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO).

Mr. Hartz holds a BA and BS from Stanford University, as well as an MA from Oxford University (University College). He has been an active early stage investor and advisor to startups including PayPal (NASDAQ: EBAY) and Friendster.

BRUCE TARAGIN - Partner at Blumberg Capital:

Bruce has 13 years experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker and corporate attorney. Before joining Blumberg Capital in 1998, Bruce held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Bruce also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & Quist, Mayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company.

Bruce earned his BA in Finance and Communications, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and his MBA and JD from Fordham University in New York.

Bruce serves or served as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, Go Networks, Insightix, LiteScape, PureSight - acquired by Boston Communications Group, Inc. [BGGI] and Vista Research – acquired by McGraw Hill [MHP].

Monette Stephens – Managing Director of Newforth
Stephens has over 15 years of entrepreneurial, analytical and technical experience. Her unique combination of technical depth and market expertise provides a strong basis for commercializing and repurposing technology, developing market and product strategy and developing strategic relationships with a focus on corporate liquidity. Stephens excels at working with companies through transition phases, assisting with transactions and providing detailed business and technical due diligence.

Stephens has sector expertise in enterprise and infrastructure software, wired and wireless networks, real-time embedded systems, and distributed and high performance computing. She has had several startup successes: Sandpiper Networks (Cable & Wireless), Software.com ( OpenWave) and Digital Sound Corp. Her clients have included Academy Award winning Mental Images, Acorn Technologies, the US Navy, and Ericsson. She has served as an expert analyst for software litigation and taught as an adjunct lecturer in the Computer Science Department for the University of California.

She serves on the Web 3D Consortium's CAD Working Group standards committee, is on several advisory boards and is a member of the ACM and Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
