Developing a relationship with venture investors is a process that has its own unique protocol and etiquette. This session will touch on the key elements of the value proposition and the presentation and will focus on how to manage the process that leads to a successful funding with well defined milestones and responsibilities for both investor and company.

This event is a collegial luncheon designed to foster discussion in a confidential format among founders, officers and managers (CEO, CFO, CTO, CMO) of startup technology companies. We request that participants be involved in the management of a technology company.
