Bipul Sinha, Principal, Lightspeed Venture Partners (www.lightspeedvp.com)
Bipul Sinha is a Principal at Lightspeed and focuses primarily on Internet and software sectors, with a particular interest in advertising technology, social media, digital media and software infrastructure. He has over fourteen years of operations and technology investment experience. Previously, Bipul worked at Blumberg Capital where he led investments in digital media, Internet and datacenter software infrastructure sectors. His selected investments include DoubleVerify, Nutanix, ZipZapPlay, Mertado, Hootsuite and CarWoo. Prior to venture capital, Bipul was with Banc of America Technology Investment Banking Group where he worked on M&A and equity financing transactions. Prior to banking, Bipul was Director of database and middleware products with Oracle Corporation where he worked with customers, brought innovative solutions to market, and managed teams. Bipul also held sales and engineering positions at American Megatrends and IBM. Bipul received his B.Tech. (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and holds an MBA from The Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar. Bipul also holds several patents in distributed computing.

Cynthia B. Padnos, Founding Managing Director, Illuminate Ventures (www.illuminate.com)
Cindy Padnos is the founding Managing Director of Illuminate Ventures, focusing primarily on SaaS application and cloud computing, big data/real-time analytics, technology-enabled services and mobile communications investments. Cindy currently serves as a director of privately held portfolio companies BrightEdge, CalmSea, Wild Pockets and Xactly Corporation. Prior to founding Illuminate, Cindy built a track record of success as a Director of Outlook Ventures where she was one of three investment professionals responsible for committing the firm’s $140M fund. Immediately before joining Outlook, Cindy’s long-standing relationships within the VC ecosystem allowed her to “apprentice” in the industry as a venture consultant, working with several top-tier venture capital firms and their portfolios. Before entering the venture capital community Cindy gained almost 20 years of operational experience culminating in her role as founder and CEO of Vivant, an innovative SaaS company, where she successfully led this venture-backed company to its acquisition (EVLV). Prior positions include roles as President and CEO of Acumen (M&A), founding vice president of marketing at Scopus Technology (IPO) and management positions at IDE, Ingres and AT&T. Earlier in her career Cindy also served as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Cindy earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, at the University of Michigan and her MBA/MSIA with honors from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Tepper School, Project Olympus and for Astia. Cindy is a member of SpringBoardEnterprises, FWE&E, Women 2.0 and is active in a number of other organizations that support entrepreneurship.

Konstantin Guericke, Co-founder and Vice President of Marketing, LinkedIn (www.linkedin.com)
Konstantin co-founded LinkedIn, where he presently serves as an advisor, and led the company’s marketing activities from launch to six million members and profitability in 2006. Before that, he served as VP of Marketing at Presenter, where he led product marketing, public relations and corporate marketing. Prior to Presenter, Konstantin was responsible for the initial public launch of social software pioneer Blaxxun as VP Sales & Marketing. Other executive roles included EVP at Caligari and Project Director with P&L responsibility for a $10 million product unit of publicly-traded Micrografx. At Beresford Partners, Konstantin helped the CEOs of over two dozen high-tech startups develop their positioning and marketing strategy. He graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a B.S. and B.S. in Engineering.

Dana Shultz is a business-savvy attorney with in-depth knowledge of law, business and technology.
