As the economy recovers, corporate investing & acquisitions are coming back in a big way. If you’re looking at positioning your startup as an acquisition target in the next 12 – 18 months, you’ll want to attend this session, which will provide insights into the M&A process and how acquisitive companies scout for the technologies, teams & business models they want to get their hands on - including pre-revenue companies, what they expect from sellers, and how they integrate new business & technologies into their existing business.
