Optimizing the Agency Experience will explore the dynamics of the Agency-Client relationship that is simultaneously exciting, frustrating, and mystifying. Our expert panel will share views from both the client and agency perspective: For clients, they will discuss how to maximize the performance of agencies. For agencies, they will describe how to find great clients. Most important, all parties will learn to ensure the relationship is productive on both sides of the equation.
